Pricing questions
How do I subscribe?
Inside the app: open Account → Subscribe. You pay through Stripe, and your plan is attached to your Buenjo account. There's no way to subscribe on this website, on purpose: subscribing in the app is what unlocks Pro for you.
How does the free trial work?
Start a 14-day free trial of Pro in the app. It needs a confirmed email and no card. There's one trial per person and per Mac.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Manage subscription in the app's Account tab. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Do I need an account?
No. Buenjo works without one. A free account adds more of the fun and a daily calendar heads-up, and an account is needed for Pro. It's only for your plan.
Can I use my plan on two Macs?
An account works on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac.
Why doesn't the table list every show and game?
What's in each plan can change as things are added, so the table describes the categories. The app always shows what your plan includes.
